We audit what you have

One week of discovery. We map your workflows, identify where time is being wasted, and find the three to five things that would have the highest ROI if automated. You get a plain-language report. No PowerPoint.

We build it together

5–8 weeks of actual building. We'd rather show up on week three with a working voice agent prototype than week one with a deck. You see it working before it ships. You test it before it goes live.

We hand it off completely

Documentation. A Loom walkthrough for every system. 30-day support window. Your team should be able to run everything we built without us — and if they can't, that's on us to fix. Optional retainer for what comes next.

Discovery is one week. Build is 5–8 weeks. So the full Sprint is 6–10 weeks from kick-off to handoff. Standalone builds are faster — usually 3–4 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline after the first call, not a vague "depends."
No. Most clients come to us with nothing beyond a CRM and a Gmail inbox. We assess what you have, recommend what you need, and build it. You don't need to know what Vapi or n8n is — that's why you're talking to us.
Yes. We build on top of what you have, not instead of it. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Google Calendar, Calendly, Zendesk, Intercom — if it has an API, we can connect to it. We'll flag in discovery if something isn't possible.
You own everything. The code, the workflows, the integrations — all yours. We include a 30-day support window after launch. After that, most clients move to a monthly retainer for continued improvements. If you don't want a retainer, that's fine — we've documented everything so you can maintain it yourself.
AI hallucinates. Voice agents mishear things. Automations break. We say so. What we build is designed to handle this: grounding (feeding the AI your actual data, not just training it to guess), hard limits (if the AI doesn't know, it says so and routes to a human), and monitoring (we track error rates during the support window). We don't promise magic. We promise good systems with a fallback.
